Day Rates:

$1,200.00 per day. Prices are negotiable based on individual needs and extended relationships.

Hourly Rates (Minimum - 2 hours per session):

  • Location shooting: $110.00 per hour
  • Studio shooting - $95.00 per hour
There is a minimum sitting fee of $190 per session for group and individual portraits that take place on location.

Aerial Photography
Available services are based on a minimum one-hour rate using a fixed-wing or helicopter service. Please contact us for a specific quote. Our stock image inventory includes many existing oblique and vertical aerial images, which are available for purchase.

RFP Mapping LLC:
RFP Mapping, LLC is a licensed reseller of geographic information system mapping imagery and software. We provide our clients with high-quality digital color imagery that is used for a variety of mapping applications. Additionally, we are able to work with individual customers to help them create custom maps for specific projects. Types of projects may include land and water conservation, commercial and residential development, municipal planning and site selection. We also offer consulting services for special projects.


Video Services:

 Video services are available based on a half-day (6-hour) and full-day (10-hour) shoot. Please contact us for reference samples and a specific quote regarding your needs. We also provide extensive archival services to convert existing home videos into specialized video packages, as well as the development of specific video programs for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. Please contact us to review a sample or demonstration reel of our capabilities.

Wedding Photography:

 We have a portfolio of wedding photographs available to review, which reveals many of the techniques that we use to capture the memories of your wedding. Specific budget costs for weddings are determined with the customer, depending on the scope and type of wedding, photographs required, and the level of services to be provided. Pricing is available upon request.
  1. Negative/electronic files are given to the customer upon final payment.
  2. Travel expenses (where appropriate) are billed at net cost including mileage, meals, airfare, hotel and out-of-pocket expenses.
  3. Prices subject to change without notice.
  4. Photo, lamination, and mounting prices are available.

Digital Services:

  • Digital / Image scanning - $35 per image
  • Thumbnail printout of images - $2.50 per page (8-12 images per page). Color copies of thumbnail printouts $2 per page.
  • Electronic dispatch of digital file - $15 per electronic file
  • Digital consultation - $95 per hour.
  • Digital processing - $95 per hour.
  • Computer retouching - $85 per hour.
  • Color corrections - $85 per hour
  • CD writing - $20 per disk including production time
  • Digital Transfer - $35 per hour (i.e. images from file to CD)

Photographic Prints:

Photos can be printed from digital files or scanned from slides, transparencies, prints ,or flat art. When possible, a color positive should be sent for color reference.

  • Prices are for images from commissioned assignments and existing files.
  • Use of image from our files or stock inventory: $100.
  • Images selected for commercial or editorial use require contact with Robin Pendergrast via e-mail: robin@rfpphoto.com.

Photo Prints - Dry Mounting:

The board that the print is mounted on should match the outer dimensions of the window mat. Our matting is of such high quality that you could literally pull the matting out of the frame and use it as a portfolio piece.

A word about mounting materials. Fiber-based prints are hand-processed and fixed to archival standards. Much effort has been made to ensure that these prints will remain for many years to come; however, to ensure the longevity of these hand-crafted prints, they must be mounted on a conservation-quality board. Conservation-quality is defined as 100% rag, acid, and lignin-free, which may or may not be buffered with calcium carbonate. Don’t be fooled by what some shops call “archival,” which in their context is merely acid-free. The board must be classified as a “museum” or “conservation” material by the manufacturer to meet these criteria.

1 .  All prices are for lamination and mounting only; photo print cost is additional.
2.  Edge colors available in white, black, brown, charcoal, green, mist (off white), putty (sand), Gibraltar (taupe), light gray, plum, pink, royal blue, light blue, navy blue and gold.
3.  Edge sanding and beveling will remove approximately 1/8” from the edge of the image and any lettering or borders very close to the edge may be partially or completely removed in the process.
4.  Our prices are based on work arriving at our premises in a condition suitable for mounting. Any special preparation required (trimming, cleaning, removal of tape or glue, etc.) will be charged at $30.00/hour net.
5.  Orders are normally ready for pick-up or delivery six business days from receipt of the order at our premises. Large quantities may require additional time for completion.
6.  Orders requiring rush service are subject to a 25% surcharge. Orders that require night and weekend work are subject to a 50% surcharge.

Depending upon the current rate from the publication, whether it be magazine/newspaper/internet site or the negotiable rate, our one time copy release will be made available. We understand that depending on the size of the publication and the actual application of the image, that the image cost will be negotiable.

Please understand that there is a difference between a one time, single use for an article in a newspaper or magazine and the utilization of an image for advertising or multiple uses.
